Design & Assembly

We source components globally from trusted suppliers, then inspect every part for finish, fit, and alignment before it ever touches your build.

Your watch is hand built using proven mechanical movements, sapphire crystal, and stainless steel cases. Built to order. Typical build time is 3 to 4 weeks.

Preview Photos Sent

Once your build is complete, we send high-resolution photos of your actual watch.

You'll see it from multiple angles, exactly as it looks, before it ships.

Your Approval

You review the photos and approve the build. If anything needs adjusting, we fix it.

A watch mod is a custom-built timepiece using aftermarket components assembled on a mechanical movement. We hand-select premium parts like sapphire crystals, bezels, cases, and custom dials to create unique watches that rival luxury brands without inflated pricing.
No. Badger Mods is an independent watch modification company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Seiko Corporation or any other watch manufacturer. We use aftermarket components and industry-standard movements.
Most builds ship in 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation. Because each watch is built to order, timing can vary based on parts availability and the level of customization. If a specific component needs to be sourced, we’ll reach out with an updated timeline before your build moves forward.
Yes. Free standard shipping is included on all United States orders. All shipping details are shown clearly at checkout.
At this time, Badger Mods ships within the United States only. As we continue to scale, our focus is on delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for every customer. Additional shipping regions will be added in the future once we are confident we can maintain the same level of service.
We use proven mechanical movements including NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, NH70, NH71, NH72, VK63, and Miyota 8285.
All Badger Mods watches include a 1-year warranty covering movement issues and craftsmanship under normal wear.
All watches are 3 ATM splash-resistant. They are not intended for swimming, showers, saunas, or submersion in water.
