Badger Mods 1-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty length
Badger Mods provides a 1-year limited warranty starting on the date your order is marked delivered by the carrier.

What’s covered
This warranty covers movement function and our assembly workmanship under normal use.

Movement function (1 year)
If the movement has a functional issue, we will repair or replace the movement (our choice). Examples include:
• the watch stops running
• winding issues caused by the movement
• setting issues (time or date) caused by the movement
• date change problems caused by a movement malfunction
• abnormal timekeeping caused by a movement defect

Assembly workmanship (1 year)
If there is an issue caused by our assembly work, we will correct it. Examples include:
• hands rubbing due to installation
• dust or debris inside the case from assembly
• components we installed coming loose or shifting (dial, chapter ring, bezel insert)
• crown or stem fit issues caused by our installation (not impact damage)

What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:
• normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fading, strap or bracelet wear)
• damage from drops, impacts, misuse, neglect, or improper handling
• magnetization, extreme temperatures, or chemical exposure
• water damage, moisture, or condensation unless a specific water resistance level was explicitly stated on your order and the watch has not been opened or serviced by anyone else
• any issue caused by modification, opening the case, or servicing by anyone other than Badger Mods
• damage from strap or bracelet changes (tool marks, bent spring bars, etc.)
• cosmetic preferences or minor alignment variances that do not affect function

Delivery, transit damage, and timing
If your package arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and video of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item.
If your watch arrives not functioning, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can take care of it quickly.
If an issue qualifies as defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, it may also be handled under our Return and Refund Policy where applicable.

How warranty service works
Contact us: Email BadgerModsService@badgermods.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos or video if possible.
Authorization required: We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Repair or replacement: If the issue is covered, we will repair the watch or replace the covered components (our choice). Replaced parts may be new or equivalent.

Shipping for warranty service
United States: You are responsible for shipping the watch to us. For approved warranty work, we cover return shipping back to you.
International: You are responsible for shipping the watch to us. Return shipping, duties, VAT, and import fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranty void conditions
This warranty is void if the watch is opened, modified, or serviced by anyone other than Badger Mods, or if damage is caused by impact, misuse, improper handling, or water exposure outside any explicitly stated rating.

Limits of liability
This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of covered issues only. Badger Mods is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost time, or third-party costs.
