Shipping Policy (Badger Mods)

Made-to-order builds
Every Badger Mods watch is custom built to order. Each build is individually assembled and quality-checked before shipment to ensure it meets our standards.

Build time and processing
Our standard build time is typically 3 to 4 weeks before shipment.

This timeframe may vary based on parts availability, build complexity, and current order volume. Any dates shown on product pages, at checkout, or in emails are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Orders are built and processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping destinations
At this time, Badger Mods ships within the United States only.

We are focused on delivering a consistent, high-quality experience as we continue to scale. Additional shipping regions may be added in the future once operations allow for the same level of service.

Shipping rates
Free standard shipping is included on all United States orders over $150.

Orders under $150 ship at a flat rate. Shipping options and pricing are displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.

Delivery time estimates
Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, peak shipping periods, or other events outside our control.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at BadgerModsService@badgermods.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Order changes and cancellations (custom builds)
Because all watches are custom built to order, changes or cancellations are only possible before your build enters production or parts are allocated.

Once production begins, we may be unable to cancel or modify the order. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact BadgerModsService@badgermods.com immediately and include your order number.

Lost, stolen, or missing packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • check with household members or neighbors

  • look for a safe drop location around the delivery address

  • contact the carrier for additional delivery details

If the package still cannot be located, email us within 3 days of the delivery scan and we will assist with opening a carrier inquiry. Badger Mods is not responsible for theft after delivery, but we will support you with carrier documentation and next steps.

If tracking indicates a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Replacement or refund decisions may depend on the outcome of the carrier investigation.

Damaged packages in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact BadgerModsService@badgermods.com within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • photos of the outer shipping box, including the label

  • photos of the inner packaging

  • photos or video of the item

We will review the claim and provide the fastest possible resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation and parts availability.

Signature requirements
Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value orders. If applicable, this will be reflected in the shipping method or tracking details.
