Return and Refund Policy (Badger Mods)

Return window
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unmodified

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Returned with all original packaging, inserts, and accessories

We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of wear, use, sizing marks, modification, or damage not related to a verified defect.

How to start a return
Email BadgerModsService@badgermods.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return (optional)

  • Photos or video if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will provide return authorization and return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping and fees
No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.

For standard returns (changed mind, ordered wrong item, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

You are responsible for the return package until it is delivered to us. We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping for all returns.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at BadgerModsService@badgermods.com and include clear photos or video.

If we confirm the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement (when available) or a full refund.

Non-returnable items
Returns and refunds are not accepted for:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items marked final sale

  • Custom or made-to-order builds, personalized items, or special request builds, unless there is a confirmed quality issue (example: non-functioning movement or an assembly defect)

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after inspection. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.

Order changes and cancellations (custom builds)
Because our watches are custom built to order, changes or cancellations are only possible before your build enters production or parts are allocated.

Once production begins, we may be unable to cancel or modify the order. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contactΒ BadgerModsService@badgermods.com immediately and include your order number.
